• Made sweetie fingerless mitts for Valentines day. It’s my first time knitting fingers OR using black yarn. Quince and Co Lark had enough stitch definition and shadow I could see. The fingers on the first glove averaged 2 hours each as I struggled to avoid holes. They fit well but have too much fabric between the fingers where I picked up extra stitches and later decreased. One hole at the thumb join is visible on the first glove and the second has no hole, far fewer mistakes and took only an hour per finger. He was proud of me:)
